Staring at the photographer
I love lambs - they are so cute! We visited my husband's familiy last weekend and I was excited to find that the neighbour's sheep were grazing nearby. This particular sheep and her lamb was very interested in us - mostly because my son was with me and he was loudly happy to see them. :)
Not much done to this shot exept turning down the saturation a bit and increasing the contrast a bit.

Cupcakes - muffins
I baked some cupcakes the other day and practised making frosting. I thought it was a nice photo opportunity too. Very pink and girly cupcakes but with dinosaur sprinkles ;-)

Indoor spring - blå perleblomst
We've had so much snow the last week that spring seems to be far away, even though it is April soon. Because of this I have bought some flowers to keep indoors while I wait for spring. This is grape hyacinth.

Fish drying on flakes - fiskehjell
During the winter fisheries for cod in the northern part of Norway, the fish is hung to dry on flakes, wooden racks. This is how we get stockfish that is mostly exported to countries like Portugal, Italy and Croatia. Often used in dishes like bacalao.
If you want to learn more about stockfish and how it is dried and why, you can read here:

I was lucky enough to go to Vesterålen in Nordland county on a work trip in February. This pictures is taken by the road between Myre and Nyksund in Vesterålen on a beautiful winter morning.
